A fitness challenge was bound to happen when I said I'm doing a self-challenge every month. And no, by 'fitness challenge' I don't mean 'fitness pizza in my mouth' kind of challenge 😂
This month I am challenging myself to 225 minutes of exercise per week - the recommended minimum amount is 150 minutes which is 30 minutes 5 times per week, 225 works out to 45 minutes 5 times a week which will be a challenge but with summer just around the corner I need to step up my exercising!
I'm thinking some days will be 30 minutes walking or biking, 15 minutes weights; 20 minutes walking, 10 minutes dancing, 15 minutes weights; or a 45 minute walk.
