🔥 Around the Campfire (week 18)

Dear Campers ~

Here's a quick recap of what happened at camp last week in case you missed anything:

What's Cooking (I've had recital stuff most of the week so didn't make many dinners!) ~

  • grilled tuna, greek salad (tomatoes, cukes, feta, garbanzo beans)
  • grilled chicken, cole slaw, roasted green beans
  • steak, mushrooms, baked potato
  • chicken spinach sausages, baked beans in red sauce, green beans (bought a giant bag at Costco so we are eating lots of green beans this week haha)
That's it - I'm off to get ready for our last recital today! I see it was mostly food posts this week, haven't had much time to make anything other than food hahaha. Stop by next week to see what (if anything) I make at camp :) Oh, and 'hooray hooray, it's the first day of May!'
