lighter

My niece suggested I do a category that has lighter/healthier options and I love that idea. We eat pretty simply and try to be healthy-ish most of the time (never mind all the Sunday Suppers and baking I do!) so when we have something like that I will try to share it with you. They won't all be "healthy", but if it has a lighter or healthier twist or substitution I'm counting that as being "healthier" haha!! Zucchini cookies are an example of what I mean - it's still a cookie but there is a vegetable in them - gotta be healthier for you, right?! ;)
