I saw this simple workout at Metabolic Living that I've been doing for the past few days (along with the arm challenge from here) and thought I'd share for a quick post today - they call it a 'chain' workout which is a combo of lunge/squat/pushups that you keep adding to each round until you hit the 10-minute mark.
Here's how it works:Set a timer for 10 minutes and perform the following sequence in order -
Lunge with right leg, squat, squat jump, lunge with left leg, then do a push-up.
Don't pause and repeat but this time do right leg lunge, squat, squat, squat jump, squat jump, push-up, push-up, left leg lunge.
Continue adding reps to the squat, squat jumps, and push-ups until the timer expires. That means you do 1 of each, then 2, then 3, then 4, etc.
