For the base I baked a batch of pumpkin spice cookie mix (the same kind I made the whoopie pies out of that are SO good, click here for that post) using a small one tablespoon cookie scoop. Cut regular sized marshmallows into thirds, lay one piece on top of a small cookie, spoon melted white chocolate over top and let it run over the marshmallow to cover. Then decorate with half a mini reeses peanut butter cup, an orange sprinkle, and 2 dark round sprinkles for the eyes. Easy!
Welcome to day camp - it's either a place for you to get inspired and want to make stuff, or a place where I can show off the cute things I've made since my family is tired of my texting them pictures every day! Just like camp I do all kinds of fun projects - crafts, DIY, bake, cook, garden and more - and can't wait to share them with anyone looking for ideas.

Melting Snowman Cocktail
Awwwwwww, it's melting....look how cute this drink is, and it tastes good too! Super easy, hardest part was fishing an orange jimmie out of the jar of sprinkles :)Vodka, Kahlua, and cream poured over ice, top with whipped cream and decorations. Try it! (Well, try it if you drink and/or like Kahlua - it's never been my favorite but it's really good mixed with cream!)
1 1/2 oz. vodka (3 T.)
1 1/2 oz. Kahlua (3 T.)
2 oz. light cream or half and half (1/4 cup)
miniature chocolate pieces
orange jimmies
whipped cream
ice cubes
Add ice cubes to a 10-12 oz. glass. Pour in the vodka, Kahlua, and cream, stir to incorporate. Top with whipped cream, 2 mini chocolate chips for eyes, and an orange jimmie carrot nose. Makes one cocktail.
