Caprese Bites

Following up yesterday's Grinch fruit kabobs are these pretty, delicious, and easy caprese bites. Oh man are these good and everyone loves them. To make more 'Christmas-y' just use all red tomatoes in addition to the green frilly toothpicks - for any other time of the year use whatever color cherry tomatoes and toothpicks you want!

Thread cherry tomatoes, small basil leaves, and tiny mozzarella balls onto toothpicks, line up on a platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze. My mouth is watering - we love these so much!

If you can't find tiny mozzarella balls just get the bigger ones and cut in half, or cut pieces from a large mozzarella ball.
