I took a screenshot of this idea (and not a very good screenshot, oh well) that I wanted to share - we love salami roses and this mini version sandwiched between 2 small mozzarella balls with some basil on a short skewer is so fun! Yes, it'll be a little more time consuming than just skewering a cube of salami or sausage, but how cute is this?
