Tip-sy Tuesday: Clear Vanilla

This is a super quick tip - those are the best tho, right? In case you haven't seen it, and I don't have a picture of the bottle to show you but you'll just have to trust me, clear vanilla is a thing and you want to get some. It keeps white frosting whiter, white cake whiter, use it for anything you're baking that you want to keep as white as possible.

Note: I have no idea if this is considered authentic proper vanilla and if it's frowned upon in the real baking world but I'm telling ya - it tastes the same to me and I've never made whiter frosting! Sweet.
