What's Cooking ~

• grilled bone-in chicken, rice pilaf, steamed green beans
• swordfish tacos
• marinated pork tenderloin, sweet potatoes, spinach/beet/goat cheese salad
• pan-fried perch, cole slaw (Dave made this for himself, and surprisingly didn't make a mess!)
• chicken street tacos, spanish rice
