Today's tip is more of a failed tip thing - I read that you can dry herbs in an open door low heat oven, so when I chopped down all of my pallet herb garden I decided to speed up the drying process and try the oven method. Well after a few minutes all the basil was turning brown like it's being cooked, not good! So with all the other herbs I have (oregano, parsley, and thyme) I'm back to the air-drying in brown bag methods (which I know works, it just takes a couple weeks).
