- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 t. Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper
Mix together and form into balls approximately 1 1/2" big. Pan-fry in a skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray (or a little olive oil), turning so they brown on all sides, until cooked thru about 15 minutes.
Add to your favorite chicken soup recipe, I made it this time following this recipe for creamy chicken soup without adding the roux, and I added potatoes. Add more broth or water to get the consistency you want.
