Made these for lunch the other day figuring baby Georgie would like them - turns out we all like them haha!
- 1 pound ground sausage (I used turkey)
- 2 cups pancake mix of your choice
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (I used cheddar)
Preheat oven to 400'. Cook the sausage until no longer pink.
Prepare the pancake batter with syrup, water, and cheese. Add the cooked sausage and stir to combine.
Place batter into muffin tins (I used a regular size muffin tin and filled about 1/2 full). Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked thru and lightly browned.
