Tip-sy Tuesday: Freezing Apples


We have driveway apples again and this year I decided to try freezing them  - Googled and turns out it's easy! You don't have to put lemon juice or anything on them, just freeze chunks of apples. Here's what I did:


Peel and remove the core.
Dice or slice the apples according to how you plan to use them in the future. 
Lay them out in a single layer on plates or a baking sheet (if it'll fit in your freezer) and freeze them. 
Once frozen, put them in ziplock baggies and place back in your freezer.
