This post comes from LeDonna, they made stuffed chicken breasts for dinner the other night and she was thoughtful enough to take photos and send me the recipe. This is definitely on my list of recipes to make asap, sounds so good!
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 pounds)
- 2 teaspoons Montreal Chicken seasoning, or more to taste
- 12 asparagus stalks, trim the ends (fresh or frozen)
- chopped tomatoes
- 8 slices Havarti cheese (Mozzarella or Swiss would also work)
- 1 T. olive oil
