I saw these in a candy counter and thought they'd be adorable to make for Valentine's day - I haven't had time to make them yet but I'm sharing the inspiration photo and idea with you so you have time if you want!
These seem very easy - dip oreos in red candy melts, once the chocolate sets up add a stripe of melted chocolate down the back and dots on the 'wings'. Either make the eyes out of frosting or candy melts, or stick on edible candy eyes (I find them at some grocery and craft stores). For Valentine's day I'd call them 'Love Bugs'. So cute.
