What's Cooking ~
- crockpot white chicken chili, corny cornbread
- baked bone-in chicken, spanish rice, coleslaw, corn tortillas
- grilled pork chops, butternut squash/beet/arugula/goat cheese salad
- grilled marinated boneless chicken thighs, coconut rice, steamed broccoli
- sliced flank steak, wedge salad
Miscellaneous stuff keeping me busy ~
- read 'The Persuader', a Jack Reacher book by Lee Child. It's Jack Reacher so it gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ no matter what haha, but this one is really good. The Persuader is the base for the next upcoming season of the tv series so I wanted to re-read it ahead of time - it should make for a great series if they follow the storyline.
