My niece sent me this recipe that they made for baby Georgie - it might be good baby food but I'm thinking I'll make these for myself, they sound good! Here's what they did, in her words:
Georgia is 6 months old so we officially started solids and dabbling in Baby Led Weaning. It’s been hard to find healthy easy recipes that don’t contain a bunch of additives, preservatives or salt! Kyle was confident he could make something that she would love and still be easy for me to grab and heat up during her busy days! He made baby crustless quiche and she LOVES it! You can find the recipe below! Super easy and baby friendly! You can absolutely modify any vegetables or ingredients but this is what we had on hand… recipe made 18 mini quiche.
- Pre-steamed green beans, broccoli, spinach (all to however much you want. He did a handful of each)
- 6-8 Eggs
- Little bit of salt, pepper and nutmeg
- Little bit of Panko breadcrumbs
- Cheese of your liking
Combined in a bowl and blended with a stick blender, and pour into greased muffin tins.
Bake at 375 for 40 mins and reheat in microwave when you’re ready to eat!
