Still using up all those green tomatoes left over from my garden - hope you're still with me? Couple more to finish out the week and we'll move on!!
This recipe for green tomato jam is the same one I used back in September with red tomatoes and I must say, I think it's even better than the summer one - and the summer one is delicious! I did everything the same except this time I needed to put it in the food processor to break up the big pieces...I love it!! This is very easy to do, I hope you'll try it?!
