This is a super easy and helpful tip to keep food from sticking to aluminum foil while baking - spray it with non-stick cooking spray first. This seems like a no-brainer but I've never done it until now; I made red and green enchiladas last night (come back tomorrow for the recipe!) and sprayed the foil and sure enough - no cheese stuck to the foil which means more cheese on the enchiladas (and more melty cheese for me to eat!) and not having the top of the dish messed up was nice too.
Where has this tip been all my cheesy-casserole baking life?
