Mark and LeDonna made this delish looking chicken and sent me pics and what they did so I could share it with you (and make for myself - 'cause, yum!). Check it out:
At Costco we saw some bacon wrapped stuffed chicken in the freezer section. Well Mr. French thought we could make our own version.
2 chicken breasts rinsed and slit with knife to open up.
Spread Costco artichoke/jalapeño dip (or other) and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the slit open chicken.
Close chicken and coat with shake n bake for chicken.
Wrap bacon strips on breasts (I used 2 per breast)
Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 30 mins.We liked the meal! 👍
