There's tons of recipes online for magic cookie bars, or you might already have a favorite recipe - I like the idea of using different colored M&M's to change them up for different holidays. Like these pastel colored ones for Easter. Cute - and yummy, of course!
- ½ cup butter
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup of mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- ½ cup oatmeal
- ½ cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup Easter M&Ms
1. preheat oven to 350'.
2. Melt the butter and mix with the graham cracker crumbs. Press into the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish lined with parchment paper.
3. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the graham cracker crumbs. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until set and lightly browned. Cool before cutting into squares.
