- grilled marinaded chicken breasts, parmesan couscous, sauteed peas and tomatoes
- grilled pork tenderloin, roasted broccoli, arugula salad with mushrooms
- steak, steamed green beans, mashed potatoes
- steak and chicken salad (using up leftovers!)
