Dear Campers ~
Happy first week of February! Hope you're staying warm and creative :) Here's a quick recap of what happened at camp last week in case you missed anything:

What's cooking ~
- taco stuffed shells (will post next week!), chopped salad with corn and avocado
- baked crispy chicken and potatoes, steamed green beans
- grilled pork chops, baked acorn squash
- slow cooker crack chicken, whole wheat fettuccini, wilted spinach
- bbq ribs, chopped kale salad
