• Stuffed pork chops, roasted broccoli, wedge salad
• Leftovers of the above meal haha
• Grilled lamb chops, steamed asparagus
• Grilled chicken, spinach and beet salad with goat cheese
• BBQ salmon, couscous, wilted spinach 
• Dry rubbed pork tenderloin, acorn squash, green salad

That’s it for this week - can you believe my computer is still at the fix-it shop? Since September 20th 🤦‍♀️ I’m still pecking away with 2 fingers on my iPad…ugh…hope you had a good week and will stop back often for more projects, crafts, recipes, whatever else I can think of to make at camp! Bye!
