LeDonna gave me this recipe and took pics, yum! Seems easy and she said they loved it - can’t wait to try this recipe for no-peek beef tips. And it really is ‘no-peek’, put them in the oven covered with foil and don’t look for 3 hours. Interesting, right?
- 2 pounds stew meat
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet brown gravy
- 1 envelope beefy onion soup mix
- 1 can water
Mix all together in a 13x9” baking dish, cover with foil. Bake at 300’ for 3 hours, no peeking! Meat is super tender and delicious. Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles.
Note: LeDonna added a can of mushrooms.
