What's Cooking ~
- corned beef dinner (and leftovers a couple nights later)
- grilled tuna, coconut rice, creamed spinach
- lobster ravioli (Costco), light alfredo sauce, caesar salad
- chicken tikka masala (Costco!), steamed rice (white for D, brown for me), roasted green beans
- stuffed salmon, wilted spinach
