colored pencil tattoos? by Brooke

this trick amazed me! I didn't think this was going to work! but it did! I was at a friends house the other day and we found this on Instagram in the explore section. I honestly thought it was fake. it colored pencils soaked in water for 5 minutes then they draw on you and come off with just water. I got my colored pencils at Walmart (MAKE SURE THEY ARE NON TOXIC!)then I took a cup filled it up with warm water then took the pencil and drew on my leg an arm. then to get it off you just take a hand towel and put some water on the end and just take a tiny scrub. and I even have sensitive skin and it doesn't bug me! well, I really hope you try this out! it awesome!!
